Okay ya I know this might be gross or whatever but Im 14 now
and I still dont have my period can you guys help me find out why?

It is perfectly normal, I was 15! Thank your lucky stars!!!!! I know its hard to be different, but it isn't something that you really want.

It all depends on the girl, as someone said before being over weight or under weight might be a reason, or very athletic, or if you dont eat right, hardly eating at all would be a big reason... Your only 14, you will get it soon, some girls dont untel they are 17. Your lucky, could you imagine being 10 years old in elementary school.

I was 16 1/2 before I got my period. It just happens at different times for different women. My mom was 11.

Well the average for a girl to get her period is from when she is 8 to 16 years old but since we are all different we get it at different times. Don't worry it is something natural that will eventually come to you! Besides be glad it is something u don't want to have.

Don't worry. When your body is ready you will have one. Believe me don't rush it. LOL You will normally get your period 2 to 3 yrs after your breast start developing.

you don't always have your period when your 9-16 you could have it when you are 48

There is a condition called MRKH. You can either go to www.mrkh.com or search on Yahoo!Answers for it.
You probably don't have it, but it is one possible explanation.
You may be a "late bloomer".

be grateful!.. all girls start at different times. some don't even start until they are16, so you've still got plenty of time left. don't worry! once you do get it you will be happy that you didn't start as early as some! Good Luck! =)

it depends on each person, u shouldnt really be worrying unless u r eighteen and still not hav your period

lots of girls don't even start till there 16.
