Depends on the specific surgery being performed and whether they are going in by scope or opening you completely up. Some physicians will do a rhynoplasty along with another surgery, but it is physician dependent and even then decided on a case by case basis. When you go in for your consultation ask your physician if s/he is willing and if you are a candidate.

Hmm... freaked me out! I have sinus infection due to a car accident about 6 months ago. It's still there. Even with the antibiotics... and trust me, the last thing I need is a surgery. But, I asked my doctor and they say they'll do it either from the mouth or nose!? So, I'm going to the hospital today to get a scan done to see if the infection is still there or not.. Well, good luck buddy... and take care of yourself.

The two procedures that you are asking for are unrelated and can not be done together - for sinus you would need services of and ENT (Ear Nose Throat) specialist whereas the crooked nose could be corrected by a plastic surgeon.
