No real help for this weekend. Step up your program. Run up stairs for 15 minutes to tone and shape your legs and thighs. Power walk for 1 hour a day three days per week. Wear leg weights to increase the benefits. Crunch daily. Race your bike for 10 minutes and ride rapidly for 10 minutes. Alternate like that for 1 hour four days per week. Drop all added sugars. Drink 8-10 glasses of water every day. No sugary drinks. Try yogurt as your breakfast five days per week. Do not eat anything more than carrots or apple slices after 6 pm and nothing at all after 8 pm. You will be ready and fit by August.

At your height and weight, you are heavier than average for your height and age, but still at a healthy weight. If you’re not exercising regularly, then your body may not have much muscle, and the extra weight shows up as fat on the tummy, hips and legs.

In that case, there are two ways to give yourself a healthier body. 1) Work up to exercising 4-5 times a week, for 30 minutes. Walking, biking, swimming are all great, and cheap! If you aren’t active to start out, then that will start building some muscle, which helps burn calories 24 hours a day.

2) Keep a food diary. When you start, don't worry about counting fat or calories, just notice how much and what you are eating. Start learning what foods are good and bad.

Just seeing it written down can be a surprise - you don't always notice how much you really eat when you eat it, but you sure notice it in the mirror when you wear that swimsuit. Watching what you eat helps you stay focused and eat healthier. If you are gaining weight or not seeing results after a month, start adding up every calorie, to find the best way for you to cut back your eating.

Stop before you starve yourself to death is the simple answer.

We are women and women are suppose to have curves not angles. Cute boys do not find rib cages sexy trust me. Determine your body type and know what your goal is most girls who start losing weight without a goal usually lose to much. Check with a doctor to know what is healthy and check with a trusted friend (like a mom) to see if you sexy or sickly.

Keep in mind that in the right areas (north and south but not the equator) a little cushion is good and will give you a shape most girls will envy

If your fat BMI is normal then don't worry about it. Probably do a little pilates to tone, but women look good when they have a little fat in the right places. Men like to call it thick. And in most men's eyes thick is better than stick. You probably look great anyway and through your description you sound like an attractive girl. I doubt you'll even need to slim down.

Doesn't look like you'll have much time to excercise. Maybe cut out junk food and sugar food/drinks from your diet. Drink lots of water.

I have been excercising for about 30minutes every night. If you do it right and attentively, you'll see results in about a week or two. And it does wonders on your energy, trust me. you'll feel less tired during the day.

I still eat what I want but remember to excercise every night. It doesn't take much effort but it takes diligence to WANT it. Don't do the starving diet, that just makes you sick and dizzy.

Exercise and eat healthy. You lose weight, look skinner, and get a great figure.Do some crunches for your stomach run a mile or so everyday for your legs and some extras to tone other areas. It doesn't sound easy but after awhile you really start to see a difference

Well, your numbers look good but only you know your comfort zone, just cut back off of fatty foods and junk foods. Walking is always a good source of weight loss and drink plenty of water. Consult your doctor for any other type of weight loss.

Lay off the soda.
Water is your friend. It quenches your thirst without the extra calories.
