Friends, I am having some problems. I am unable to ejaculate when i masturbate.but on a monthly basis during my sleep I ejaculate a good amount of semen.but nothing comes when i try masturbate. I am afraid If i am facing impotency. Need help guys pls advice me/suggest me what should i do

i have tried to exercise and lost weight several times. but i always lost my determination n selfconfidence that i can do it. i am 25 yrs gal and want to lost 15kg in 3 mths. i going to attend exercise classes in abt 2 weeks time. but i am worried i will leave it halfway. how can i gain by self confidence n determination that i can do it. whats wrong wif me?

i am a 30 year old male, i smoke and dont take as much excersise as i should, for the past 18 months i have been suffering from diaorrhea about 3 times a month, it only seems to last a day or so, im not keen on doctors or taking drugs and dont fancy the prospect of a prostate exam, will this clear up on its own or is it something more serious.

My cousin's best friend was sexually and physically abused when she was 10 by another female. I can't see how a female is capable of such actions, is it really true that females are just as capable of sexual abuse as guys? It just really weirds me out... I hope that so-called 'female' is locked up for life.

A dr gave me strong antibotic for a psoriasis/pleva that makes me sick to me stomach so I do not eat often. I have lost +35lbs in less than 2 months. I do not workout regularly so now have excess skin. Can u lose weight too quickly and what can I do about this extra skin....it looks gross?

Ive got "floaters" in my eyes permanantly, when I go from a dark room and look directly into the sky or a lightly coloured surface (or wall etc) I see small floating things on my eyeballs, if that makes sence?

I went to the doctors a while ago and he said they are fairly common and there is no treatment, apparantly its caused by sneezing too hard?

Im not sure if he was bull shitting me, he didnt seem sure, anyone else got this problem, its actually affecting my life, I cant even read a book/magazine sitting in the light, never mind outside, as these floaters get in my view all the time. Plus they seem to of gotten worse the last year after having my daughter. Not sure if this is relevant?
