No, you're not gay. You just have a fetish. And your fetish just happens to require a guy. I have seen other people with the same fetish.
It sounds like you like the idea of someone "torturing" a mans nuts. However you don't actually want to be the person who is getting their nuts "tortured." Therefore you look at other guys doing it. I'm sure that if a woman had nuts that you would enjoy seeing her get her nuts hurt.
But if/when you start to be physically attracted to a guy, then you might be bi/gay.

I agree with Aneal L - it is a fetish, also know as a paraphilia. Which is a group of disorders, which we all know as fetishes. For example, there is one category of paraphilia that involves a person getting sexually stimulated by rubbing up against strangers in public places, you will find them in subways and crowded places. Another category would be pedophilia; we all know what that disgusting fetish is. Anyway, if the fetish affects your lifestyle, or relationships with women or even men if you were gay. But, you are not gay, I would recommend avoiding this fetish if you can, it will only get dangerous in the future.
