I have been dieting and trying to walk as much as possible, but I would like to know how to get rid of a roll thats between the belly button , and the legs. Anyone got a sure exercise for this area? I have back problems so sit ups are not a choise for me.

Doctors say it's almost impossible if you use it correctly, but I keep hearing rumors, online and through friends, that everyone knows "lots of people" who have gotten pregnant while taking it according to directions. Please answer, if you have used it, whether you got pregnant or not. Thanks.

The one I'm having fixed is the Peroneal tendon. They are also going to break my heal bone to reset that and I have to be non weightbearing for 6-8 weeks.

If you wore a bra to bed, would it affect your breast's growing habits if you still developing? I'm 12 and I wear a sports bra. I have since I was 10. I was too scared to ask my mom for a new bra when the ones I had were getting tight, so I just stretched them and adjusted the straps so it fits. Eventually, I got a new one, but I heard it will help your development if you wear a sports bra or ANy bra while you sleep. Is it true?

Does anybody have any reliable and legit. source that links the manic phase of bipolar disorder with an abnormally high IQ?
Personal experience has me around 155-160 hypomanic and 10-15 points lower during a somewhat normal period of time? I have taken 2 or 3 seperate tests at both times.. They are about the same range each time and in each seperate phase. Is this normal/abnormal..?? Serious responses only, please.

My doctor said she tested me the day I had my baby.. May 6th!! I was then negative for chlamydia.. Then when I had my 6 week check-up I was positive.. I barely had sex with my husband and I know for a fact he wasn't unfaithful between those times.. He was not out of my sight??? So i went and took the medicine! Should I have asked for a retest? Is it still possible to have her retest the same swab that read positive? Its very confusing and frustrating! Could I have had it before the baby? I had my baby 2 months early for no reason!!! Could she have missed it then??

I think I lost feeling in my feet. Does anyone know how to help me now. I got to go to the store to buy some food, a garden rake and a cordless hammer. I can't do this without feet. Wait I have my feet I just do not have feeling in them. I might try to cut them open with this plastic knife in order to see if I could find the bugs hiding under my brown and yellow toe nails. They sure are tasty when you cut them after jogging for about four or five miles. I am getting so hungry right now. Do you enjoy eating toe nails too?

I know this girl (I actually just met her a couple months ago, so I don't know her all that well) that has a 21 month old daughter that from the moment I met her, she seemed a little bit delayed compared to my 18 month old daughter. And I just found out that the little girl hasnt had any shots except for the ones she had when she was born. She missed her 1 year old shots and her 18 month old shots. Her mother says her insurance wont cover the shots and they can't afford to pay for the shots. So my question is, how bad is this for the little girl? I mean, she looks kind of sick and she isnt very active. Do you think it is because she is missing so many important shots?

My mom has a little bump on her gum because of her tooth. I think it is infected. I am not sure if it is an abscessed tooth but the dentist took an xray and he said she will need to get rid of the "black image" shown on the xray in her tooth - it might be decayed or whatever i am not sure. My mom had root canal on that tooth before and she thought she would need to take off her crown and get it recleaned. However, the dentist said she doesn't need to do that. All she needs to do is go thru a small surgery in which they will cut open her gum and fix the tooth?!! We are going back to Asia next week - my mom will get it fixed then. But for now her gum is still swollen with that bump. The dentist said the bump can be swollen and not swollen...it really depends..TO ALL THE DENTISTS ON HERE-- any suggestions? much appreciated!!!

okay, i was at a party, went to a closset with the guy, i was drunk so everything is kinda blurry, i remember making out with him and then i thought he was fingering me but it kinda hurt. later i went to tehe bathroom (im a virgin) and saw a little bit of blood. so then he started to worry if i had sex with him. i asked him and he said i didnt remember. then 8 days later my boobs feel really sensitive. the next day (today) they still feel really sensitive. i heard that was one of the first signs of pregenancy. so heres the question... 1) do you think i even had sex with him? and 2) what are the first signs of prenancy? i dont know if im worrying over nothing or if i need to take a P. test.... its driving me crazy though!
i am supposed to start my period in about a week, is it too early to get a pregnancy test? is it impossiable to start feeling pregnancy symptons this early (sore boobs, feeling sick,et) how likely is it that he broke my hym while fingering me?
