Actually a proper diet can do one of two things. Make you lose weight, or make you gain weight. Before doing any kind of diet change however see your doctor. He/She will check for heart problems and other conditions so that you can safely gain the weight.

Having said that to lose weight you would reduce your carbohydrate intake, as well as reducing sugars and fats. To gain weight do just the opposite, increase your carb intake and sugars and fats.

I'll tell you. I give you four answers choose one.

1) Check your weight on a repaired weighing machine.It will show you a wrong increased weight.
2)Take leave for five days and do nothing but eat and sleep or watch the TV.It will surly have the effect.
3) Marry a good cook and ask her to cook good food instead of the hotel's.It might have some effect.
4) Eat more of nutritious food for a year or so. It also will have effect.

U need to maximise your carbohydrates, fat intake like butter, etc, enjoy cold drinks and take two bananas regularly, most important stop worrying, health is something which is god gifted, u know if you are fat it associates more problems than if you are thin, you should be healthy and active, even if your body weight is less. So stop bothering, take anything you feel also follow some basics as mentioned above. Yes one thing more, in the morning take lemon juice in cold water, it is opposite than losing weight like for loosing weight, lemon juice with honey in warm water is adviced so do the opposite, I think this can make you tension free.

u will increase ur weight after 30 as i got my weight 55 gain by 7 kg with in last 3 months now i am 30 yrs old my problem is also same b4 i was 30

I think its in your hormones if your parents or grandparents were underweight then you also will be underweight. If this is true then do not go any treatment and specially do not take any pills. But if it is not the case then you can take balanced diet with contains more fat and fibers. Eat Six times aday and exercise to get hungary.


Its like a pattern you eat more to get fat, you get fat and you need to eat more.


And if you want to take my personal advise then its important to be healty than just but on weight just because your thin is not wise.

1. Eat well & Drink water at least 3 Ltrs per day
2. Do exercise regulerly
3. Sleep at least 6 hrs everyday.
4. Forgot worrying.
5. Do pray 5 minutes everyday(whatever your religion or god)

Just do a few things, have your meals on time.. keep a schedule for what to eat and when do you do it.. and follow it daily....
Another is dat... do some execersises... light ones.... then increase them gradually....
and will gain weight as well as stay healthy....

just stick to a balance diet and to increase ur weight eat lots and lots of fats but don't overeat that then the consequences willbe really dramatic

eat right like fresh vegetables, fruits, eggs, milk and non veg at times. do this along regular exercise like jogging and enrol in a gym to better make your nuscle tone up. the muscle will free the contraction and helps in better blood circulation. don't invlove in junk food and smoking.

in gym concentrate first on light weights to accustom to the body and later on build on it to grow the the muscles. cheers...
