I am 45 male, sice few weeks i find some cotton like white things in my navel in the evening after i return from office. I take regular bath in morning. I can take it out easily, I mean it is freely sitting there. What is this? should I show it to doctor

Do u think smoking is ok? I dont think so, infact i think it should be illegal. My dad was a somker and ended up dying from lung cancer. before he died he said he regreted it and wished he could stay with me. I was 9 when he died.

My life has so many negtaives in it. I stay happy as much as I can but when something brings me down.I fall into depression for a few hours. This is a painful thing that I am going through. If I become sad or mad it stays inside my head for a day or two mabye even a week. But some how I always get the gumption to say sorry, even if I didnt do anything. I am always asked to do stuff by my friend like by them something. I do, but I feel as if they are just useing me. I hate the feeling of beging used. How to I say no when my friend ask me to buy them something or do something when I really dont want to. I am sick of beging a push over, and saying sorry for another ones actions. I am sick and tired of beging pushed around and beging so nice! I have a lil bit of an attuide and temper but I get so nice that it bothers me sometimes. I know it is strange but still....And when I am sad I fall into depression but always find a way to crawl out of it. How can I control my emotions?

Now let me tell u in honesty I am just 16 I do at least 150 sit-ups 50 a timeaday and do it in the regular way bend u legs and keep ur feet on the floor while u doing sit-ups, at least 90 push-ups a day and i do 30 a time, chin-up/pull-up at least 30, and run 10 minutes aday i play soccer everyday so i am okay that is what i do everyday Is that enough for a 16 years old boy i am 5"8' 140 i am not fat at all i just started for this summer.............~_~

. I'm fond of ladies long hair. The moment I see lady having long hair, plait I get sexual feeling and I start masterbating. I have also purchased long hair and make plait and cut it. The moment I touch the hair I get tremendous sexual feeling. I start masterbate by scrubing the hair with my pennis.
