Yes, it can lead "toward" climax. However, can it "cause" the climax? Probably not unless you are very sexually excitable... or 14 and making your first explorations towards sexuality.

Kissing includes touching by lips and tounge on any part of the body besides only lips and the tounge of the partner. Hence, it is obvious that both female and the male can have orgasm by long sessions of kissing.

Most definately. It is not necessary to even touch each other genitals in forplay. Sexuality is both mental and physical.
