eat a crap load of nothing but protien and some fats, some carbs. Try to stay away from the sugars. you have to eat a whole lot. When i first started working out i ate nothing but protien, but i didn't eat enough. i slowly gained lean muscle mass. started when i was 16 6'2"and weighed 180, now i am 21 at 230 with 11% body fat. It gets really expensive but you have to eat a ton of food. I am eating 7 times a day now, don't do big meals. Breakfast is 6 eggs, and a little thing of yogurt, after that is 4 rice cakes and 2 chicken breasts, after that 2 cans of tuna and salsa(sounds weird but good), after that 2 yogurts, after that 2 chicken breasts, then 2 rice cakes , then a steak or chicken for the "dinner", try not to eat after 8 P.M. eating flax seed oil pills will help maintain your testosterone levels, you could do creatine powders or pills or whatever, i did that for awhile but it upset my stomach with all the food, get a big bottle of egg or whey protein from GNC or wherever. If you are trying to get all big swoll then it's gonna cost you!!! you better be damn sure you are working out right or you will be screwed, even if you think you are doing the right work outs, go see a personal trainer, thats how i got all this info i am giving you!!!

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

Supplement and eat a ton of protein, don't fear the fat and avoid insulin spikes from refined sugar and empy carbs while hitting the weights hard. Talk to a trainer at the gym that has the build you want and they'll likely give you a proper routine.

Drink Ensure, and had icecream to them.
You can go by and talk w/ your local vitamin GNC store, and they point u to the powder mixture that you add to milk, to make a protein type shake... I know a lot of the teens in my neighborhood was drinking them one summer while working out,, and it really improved their image. and muscles of course. lol.
Be sure and eat for me...eat some Reese Cups, Ben and Jerry's icecream, homemade mac and chees, cheesey nachos, hotdog w/ chilli and cheese.
Pizza! eat lots of pizza for me too.
maybe you'll gain and i'll lose.lol.

your are doing good and please dont eat a lot of junk food stay with the proteins try some creatine or some cell tech forgot who it ws made by---good to the nearest health gym and ask some of the people that work there.
