help me lose weight faster, give me more energy, help my breathing??? can you help?

and i already know i have dyslexia...have known that since i was 5....

if you get your letters mixed up in school, you have a disease called dyslexia(i think that's how you spell it) so you probably wanna see an adult about.
As for concentrating in school think about the great things getting good grades will give you. like sports, respect from you parent so they basically trust u to do anything.
as for being self-conscious, its normal. once in a while you may feel it, but don't worry so much because the people you are trying to impress, or feeling self-conscious around are not perfect either.
let's see...more energy. that's easy. try sleeping more. sleep the same time everyday also not different times every night. its easier on you body.
this to[ also will help you with your weight and energy. Eat a good breakfast with carbs and protein. this is why its important to eat breakfast: when you go to sleep your metabolism slows down( that's not good because the slower your metabolism, the slower you lose like the food you eat) so in order to get you metabolism going again, you have to eat a good breakfast.

Whoaaaaaaa there! You are asking for a lot...I'm not a genie in a bottle : )

First, concentrating on school; set aside a certain time and that is your study time. Do it everyday, make it a habit. Then reward yourself with something healthy.

Second, everyone is self-conscious to a certain extent. Just remember we are all in the same boat...called life (get it, life boat???). Do your best in life, live from honesty, integrity and goodness. Do what you say and say what you mean. This builds confidence. Do worry what people think or say about you, if you are living rightly, you don't need their two cents.

Third, "not get letters confused"? Are you dyslexic? There are things you can do to help that. Speak to someone at school, like your school counselor.

Fourth, lose weight? How much over weight are you? Are you being realistic or just too self-conscious? Hmmm??? Ask people who love and care about you, do they think you need to lose weight? If you do, you don't do it fast, then it will just come right back on again. You lose weight right by eating well (healthy), drink water and exercise.

Fifth, energy comes from the following; exercise, well balanced diet, proper rest, a healthy body and mind.

Sixth, 'breathing'? In...out...in...out...you got the idea now????? :)

Relax, I think you think too much. Be yourself, love yourself, be good to yourself.

You might have dyslexic!! because people that confuse their letters and numbers sometimes have that disease. it is treatable with therapy. it can help you recognize your letters better!! if you can't concentrate in school you might need to get more sleep!! that will help a lot. the only way to safely loose weight is to eat healthy and excercise. and just use moderation. but i don't recommend low fat, fat free, or sugar free foods because they put chemicals in them that are worse for you than just eating the real thing. but first you need to consider whether your really overweight or you just see yourself as fat but really aren't ! you don't want it to lead to a eating disorder. if you have trouble breathing you might have asthma!! if you don't have much energy excercise helps a lot.

Try to eat a lot of fruits and drink water. Fruits contain sugar that will help you concentrate on your school work, and water is refreshing. Though by drinking water you will lose weight, and fruits dont have much calories.
Try to take breaks from your work and just chill! That helps a lot!!
And try to exercize in the morning, it will help your figurre, and will wake you up !!!!

depends upon what day... frequently i care approximately what i appear love to different folks and frequently i do not provide a flying frick... i come off as self consious at all times although on the grounds that i do not speak very a lot, however that is simply on the grounds that i should not have a lot to mention....

One thing that can solve ALL those problems is EXERCISE!! Half an hour of some vigourous exercise that really pushes your heart beat.
