I am 45 male, sice few weeks i find some cotton like white things in my navel in the evening after i return from office. I take regular bath in morning. I can take it out easily, I mean it is freely sitting there. What is this? should I show it to doctor

During the day as you move around the shirt and maybe your undershirt, if you wear one, wear a tiny bit and the lint or fuzz created works its way down toward your belly button and some of it finds its way in there and groups together...
Some people call it belly button jam. If you are hairy at all, you will probably find that you find something similar at the top of the crack of your backside as well.
If you pay close enough attention you will probably notice that the fuzz has colors similar to the clothes you were wearing that day.
I doubt you will need to go to the doctor.

It's belly button lint-you should bring it to your doc if you want to make him/her laugh. Its just dead skin and shirt lint-no biggie. Good luck

no if you are wearing cotton undergarment then due to friction it comes over there ... it use to come in my navel too and now i someties dont wear and i didnt geet so ithink this is your problem too so dont worry it is nothing to show to doctors

its just some loose fibre from your undershirt or vest. don't bother...
