You're probably not getting enough of what your body needs to feel fuller!!! Like more fiber, and vegetables, and lean meat for protein!!! And eating 6 smaller meals a day with a fruit like (apple) in between these meals really helps curb hunger and in a healthy way!!!

You consult a physician because if after taking normal food you are still feeling hungry and at the same time loosing weight; it smacks some thing serious. Do not mind, Yahoo.com can not help you in this which requires thorough investigation with you physically present, not through internet.

if you are eating commercial foods, they are actually meant to make you hungry so you continuously buy more and more and eat more and more. the best solution is organic foods. there is nothing in them to stimulate your eating habits. when you are done eating you will be full and full for hours, after a few days you probably won't have cravings when you are not really hungry. the best thing is you can basically eat everything you do now. you can have chocolate, candy, juice....whatever it is you can eat with organic food, it slightly more expensive, but how can you put a price on your own health?

I have the same problem also. Eat alot but never grow. I think there is nothing wrong of about this. But, you need to control the things you eat. Don think that just because we don get fat, we don need to exercise. We still need to exercise regularly. This will prevent us from getting heart disease (skinny people (people who don grow regradless of how much they eat) also have a high chance of getting heart disease)

Research Eat Fat Lose Fat. It shatters many myths about fat consumption and explains how dense, saturated fats make you feel more satisfied. Its a great read and well researched.

you must have diabetes..... or you must be a carbo addict.
***cut down on your carbo food intakes.... too much of it makes you hungry again after 2 hours.
