I've been getting this nasty itchy rash under my testicles. What the hell could it be? It's all bumpy and even my pubic hairs are falling off?

You need to ask this question in the mens health category. You need to see your doctor. It could be stds if you are sexually active with multiple partners. It sounds as if you have jock itch. A fungus that happens because of to much moisture. You need to wash well, dry well, and find a good ointment like Cruex. Cruex also sells a spray powder. Also, change underwear daily and if you wear a supporter in gym besure to shower after pe.

Probably yeast infection due to sweat. The testicles provide the ultimate environment for yeast...moist, warm, dark. My suggestion is to make sure you wear cotton underwear (change them daily) and keep things clean and dry down there. You may want to purchase an antifungal cream...and if that doesn't work, see your doctor.

it may not be STD it is like some fungal or bacterial infection, wear clean and loose cotton undergarments, use some antibacterial or antifungal lotion and consult dermatologist.
