I'm scared since the doctor said that they might have to do open surgery if there was too much scar tissue from a previous surgery (ectopic) or if they were unable to see while doing laprocopic surgery. Can anyone tell me if they have had this surgery and was suppose to get laproscopic surgery and then ended up with open surgery and why they had to have open? Thanks so much.

my boyfriend is going through a bad time. And i'm trying my hardest to be strong for him. But since his hard time conflicts with my past i really don't know what to do. I feel like i'm not doing anything to help. My mom is an alcoholic and i'm struggling to deal with her. Not to mention that i'm sleep deprived and that i hardly eat. i want to eat but everytime i do i feel like i'm going to puke. And since my boyfriend is going through a rough time that conflicts with my past, i'm struggling with my past haunting me. i fade out of the real world and back into my past. it kills me everytime cuz i go back to when i was raped by my cousins and physically, and verbally abused by my stepfather. I just wish i could put an end to all of this. What should i do?

About a month ago, I noticed slight gum recession on my top front 6 teeth. They seem slightly red at the bottom in between the teeth and one tooth is slightly puffy. They do not bleed or hurt. My dentist said it was probably just due to brushing too hard and recommened an electric toothbrush.

I bought a Sonicare 4100 Advanced. While my teeth feel cleaner and I am very cafeful not to brush too hard, I feel like my teeth still gradually recede about every other day. Is it all in my head or could the Sonicare be the problem too?

PS I saw a periodontist too and he said my gums are healthy but I still don't trust him... neither the dentist or the periodontist gave me much time of the day

I have a very dear friend that I'm concerned about, her Doctor keeps telling her she has a disease that will eventially cause dementia, but he is not sure why or the cause.She is only 45. Tests have shown its not a tumor, but he keeps telling her that anywhere from 1 to 10 years she will be in complete dementia. Any Ideas? Help Please!

I ride my bicycle to and from work on a daily basis. I’ve been taking a Chinese herb, via GNC - Dong Quai Root (Angelica sinensis) 550.00 mg.

I noticed a huge improvement in my endurance and speed. For example, my roommate was driving her “2006 Hyundai Tiburon GT V6” coupe, and I managed to barely keep up with her on my bicycle. It was on a residential road, for about 3 miles.

Are there any negative side effects?

I saw this one lady (she was in her mid tewnties) and she had a mustache and a few hairl poking out the bottom of her chin. MY question is do woman notice that they have a little gotee or a visicble mustache, if they know they have it why wont they do anything about it?
