Bloody Nipple discharge specially in post menopausal women is a matter of great concern as it is a possible symptom of breast cancer. See your doctor so a smear of that discharge can be done with a breast exam. In pregnant or nursing women bloody or purulent (pus) discharge usually associated with fever can be a sign of an infection of the breast which would also need medical attention

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding it could be a serious infection. Go to the ER immediately!

This should never happen if you aren't breastfeeding. See a Doctor ASAP. It could be a sympton of Cancer.
