i think my ear is infected but i cant tell if it is.. it has all crusty stuff on it and its red?

are you talking about your ear, or your ear piercing?
because if it's your ear piercing, clean it out well with antibacterial soap and really warm water. then put neosporin on it. do this pretty often, like several times a day. it should start to clear up in a day or so.

Make an appointment with your family doctor as soon as possible or go to an after hours clinic. An ear infaction is nothing to mess with!
