I'm trying to get off sleeping pills I've been relying on, but I'm having serious insomnia troubles without them. My body feels exhausted, but my mind doesn't seem to and lately I just don't get a comfortable, tired feeling at bedtime. I have anxiety issues, and I had an anxiety attack while trying to sleep, so I think that is hooked into it. Thanks in advance for any ideas!

Last yr I had an eptopic pregnancy and my left-side tube was removed. After that I didnt stop bleeding for about 4 months so the dr put me on some tablets to try and cease it. Since then I have not had a period, I am on the mini-pill so this could explain the lack of proper monthlys, i have had a bit of spotting at the beginning of the yr but nothing more. In the past month or so my breasts have grown quite large. This last week I have been feeling very sick and light-headed if i dont eat anything. I have done two pregnancy tests and both are negative. Could I be having a phantom pregnancy or are the tests wrong. Am trying not to go to the drs as since my operation last yr its been one thing after another.

Thanks for any advise.

I am a nurse, so know about traditional medical treatments. I'm more concerned with alternative ways of treating this. I wasn't dreaming about another man, it just sorta happened. Does anyone else experience this, why does this happen? For the past 4 months, I have been having diarrhea everyday. I went to the doctor 3 weeks ago because I thought that I was pregnant. I wasn't pregnant but I forgot to tell her about my diarrhea. Yesterday, I had atleast 13 diarrhea movements. I don't know what I should do. Anytime I eat ANYTHING, I have diarrhea.
