I have been getting these headaches that have all the signs of being migraines except the nausua. nothing helps I have taken over the counter medicine, prescription migraine medicine, and even pain killers like Hydrocodone and Vicadin. Nothing helps.

I am a 30 year old mother of 2,girl is 7 and boy is 6,11months apart, just after my little boy was borned i had a tubal liagiation,i just had them clipped,not cut and burnt so the procudure was reversiable! Everything was going fine though up until these last couple of months,i had my regular menstral cycle in early April,then around may5th i had what appeared to be my period but i didn't have none of the usual cramping and bloating,which i thought to be very stange because i have very painful PMS! I didn't give thought to it just thankful for a painfree period! But when my period stop after just 2 days i thought it too be a little odd!! I just thought i would wait until June to see if i haves normal menstration, and little to my surprise here it is the middle of june and still no period! That's not the only thing that leads me to believe that i may be pregnant though! For the last month my breast have been very tender mostly in the morning and i am very moody {crys for no reason}!!

Work is dragging, looong drive home, exercise when I arrive home and at the end of the night you would think I would be pooped but I can't shut off my mind I just lay there with me eyes open for hours. hi i do alot of singing and also in religion we sing alot and i have been doing so from when i was 4 yearsand now my voice is breaking so i can not sing as high also my dad thinks that i am moving out of my religion as i dont want to sing and evry sunday we have to sing and now i haven't sung in a month because i cant also i dont want to get out of my religio as i am still religiouse!
so what should i do.... also now my dad goes off with my older cousins and leaves me out and uses the whole "i cant sing thing" against me... i need ur help on all of this please!!!!!!

Does anyone know of support or support groups online for a spouse whose husband just went to drug rehab?
I am 26 years old not even married a year and my husband was sent to a drug rehab center a month and a half ago for smoking pot when he was on probation for a dwi 3 years ago..not once did he fail piss test but he failed many..but he only ever failed for pot but he did use crack once in a while and other drugs..so thats why he was sent to rehab for a year or jail for a year..he can only call once a week and 2 letters a week and he has to be there for a year..I am going nuts..I cry everyday missing him and i am looking for some help online..I am already going to a therapist and on many drugs I just need some support from other people since I dont have any friends..I only had him..I have tried finding meetings in my area for na and aa and cant find any..thanks all

Have had surgery on cervical spine c4 and c5 but it seems as though my spine is a mess. I read several articals and herniation of disc in the thoracic spine are not common. They are causing mild narrowing of the spinal cord I am only 47 and live in constant pain as one is pressing on a nerve causing pain to radiate back to front. any advice PLEASE
