Stick to eating 5 very small healthy meals per day of either; meat, fish, chicken, eggs, fruit, vegetables, skinny milk, low fat yogurt, and low fat cheese.

Increase your exercise to walking every morning before anything else, and every night after dinner. 20 minutes in each direction at a fast steady pace. Buy a dog or walk some neighbours dog for protection or company.

Best of Luck.

I'm from america, therefore not familiar with the term "stones", but do know if you have a weight watchers where you live... they should have a points system diet. You can eat anything you wish as long as you stay within your point range for the day. Every food item there is has a number to go along with it and you just keep track of your score. You can even eat chocolate cake if you'd wish as long as you are willing to sacrifice the points it uses up. Good luck!

i have tried them all, the best way to lose weight is to eath low fat, plenty of fruit, and take regular exercise, weight watchers has a points system, slimming world has green and red days and rosmary conely has the gi jeans diet , i liked the rosmary classes because you got an hours exersice included in your £5.00 class fee there is also a diet called lighter life where all your meals are replaced by a milk shake or soup drink, takes the planning out of mealtimes but gets boring after a while, you do lose alot of weight very quickly though, but on the down side the faster itr comes off the faster it goes back on again

long term you could try exercising and build it up so that you will be able to eat all you want. short term try a diet that gives you loads of choice so that it is easier to stick to and don't give up if you have a binge, just carry on the day after as though nothing has happened, this works for me!

Just try eating whatever you eat now but less of it.
A good tip is to try putting your food on a smaller plate so it looks more.
Also walk briskly for at least an hour every day.
Eat at least five pieces of fruit or vegetables each day.
Drink at least 2 litres of water daily.
Try not to exceed 1200 calories per day.

When people thinking of dieting they always think of things they shouldn't be eating. What you need to do is control your portions, drink water, and exercise at least three days a week. So don't put yourself on a diet because diets always fail. Just eat smaller portions and eat fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of water and exercise at least three days a week.
Good Luck

Brown rice, lentils, porrige and fresh fruit. Plus water and tea as drinks. No sugars or fats, no processed, pre-prepared or fast food, no meat, bread or pasta.

On that diet I have meanwhile lost 3 1/2 stones, and I am still going. It works fine for me, and all you need is self-discipline.
