and had a really nice body, do you think I can recuperate that or will the drug use leave a permanent haggard look which I now have? I have been told to eat healthy , and to take some protein supplements that will fill in my body again. Please you advice will be appreciated, I posted my photo, that is what I look like now, drugs are no longer a part of my life or will ever be.

Wilma, oh my god, you are a wonderful strong woman. Yes you can look better. By eating the right foods and exercising you will fill in and look better. I would also suggest that you start taking very good car of your skin. Get some products tho help smooth those lines on your face. But please be patient. It will take some time to see the effects. Well if u want to get fatter u eat bread and food with lots of carbs without much exercise. That always makes me gain a little more fullness in my face. But eat healthy, not much sodium, fat, or sugar.

You need to drink lots of water and start eating. Also, cut your hair short so that it can start fresh too. Good job on getting off the drugs. Do not wear tight clothes. Keep me posted. Good lick to you.

If you're trying to scare us young things into staying away from drugs, let me give you a lil' tip: we've seen the meth lady in Time or a billboard, we are disinclined to believe you.

It sounds cold, you may improve somewhat, but you should have been eating healthy 15 years ago. I'm glad you kicked the habit.
