Mono is a big one or mononucleosis actually. You can get it from kissing, or eating/drinking after each other and there are a lot of things that can happen to your body if left untreated including damage to some of your internal organs. You could catch a virus if a person had the virus, like Mono, they used to call it the kissing disease. As far as catching an STD by giving or getting oral sex, it's the same, if a person is infected you can catch it. Tell your friend to stop being nasty.
