I'm a pararmedic student and my instructor got pissed when i didnt know the answer and I made up some stupid response... Old ACLS say that in SVT we try to stimulate vagal tone prior to chemicaly cardioverting! NEED HELP QUICK HAVE TO SEE THIS MAN TOMMOROW AND LETS JUST SAY HE DOESNT PLAY AROUND!

I think I twisted my ankle yesterday, not really sure how . It was a little swollen last night but wasn't too bad this morning so I went ahead and went to work. Now it is extremely swollen, but not bruising or discolored. And it hurts to walk on it. I know I need to stay off of it but should I go to the hospital and have it looked at too?

And I had panicated. Is the first time when I have this. I gave there with alcohol and it smarts. And today I saw that two of three of her sides detached from the skin. After I done a stool, it began to blood. And it isn't stoped. But now it bloods less. But it continuous. And it smarts all the tme, even when I am on a chair. I admit that I didn't washed on that place with water. For ten days I will don't have warm water. I admit that I didn't said to my parents. Please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If some of you don't know what should I do, please ask anybody you know, even a doctor. I woke up this morning with a weird feeling in my head and I was seeing these crazy black blotches in front of my eyes. Now this has turned into a dizzy type headache and my neck hurts and is stiff also. My head feels full like its gonna blow up and my jaws hurt and behind my eyes hurt and behind my nose too. I know this is crazy huh? But my friend said its a type of migraine and my cousin and mom think its a sinus infection??!?!?
