Anything that makes you happy. I'm sure you have at least 5 min a day to just relax and think about yourself and do what makes you happy. Draw sing whatever it is. Just make sure you put yourself first because no one else will take care of you and if your not happy others around won't be happy with you.

I feel like losing it alot more then I would like. I'm a stay at home mom of 2 under 2 and a partner who has his moments of helping raise and clean up. The only time I have for myself is sleeping. Most nights from 11pm -230 am because my son, who's 6 months old hasn't started to sleep thru the night yet! My thing to help cope is baking cookies. I beat the crap out of the dough and let all the fight in me go into making the smoothest batter ever!
The other thing that I do is deside what is THE most important things in my day and focusing on doing those things well. I don't care too much if the dishes don't get done durring the day because building a tower of blocks with my daughter is more important to me. If I don't build a relationship with her the I've lost and so has she. My last bit of advice is take your vitamins!! Stress will tear you down faster if you don't.

I feel the same way you do. Being a full time mom and working full time takes its toll. Get to a quiet spot. Outside is best. In an empty room. Even if I have to go into the bathroom for a few minutes to escape and to take deep breaths. I was in California a few years ago and I think back to Topanga Canyon. I imagine myself driving along the PCH. It really does help. Choose a memory that totally put you at peace and relaxed you. Hopefully that will take some of the edge off.

You need to prioritize your every day duties
---------------------------------------------------------
1st Rule: Do the tasks that bring the biggest outcome.
2nd Rule: Do what is rewarding most.
3rd Rule: Do what is Urgent and important.
4th Rule: never bring work home. Remember that you are paid for the work you achieve at the work time.
5th Rule: When you are given a task to do, and they ask you when you can hand it, (even if it doesn’t take more than an hour to finish) say "you can come after tomorrow to take it." Even in the case when you hand it before, they will feel you are putting yourself under pressure to finish this task even when you have a lot of other jobs to finish. You will grow in their eyes.

could you be burning the candle at both ends. are you a workaholic. STOP and take a breath. look around you and see what you have to be thankful for. count to 10 each time someone ask you to do something you really don't want to do. then say not today. Good luck

Many people feel like that all the time. If you have a job, try asking your boss for a little time off to just relax. Sometimes it helps just to talk to someone.

Make time, especially for yourself. Your heading for trouble, probably sickness. The worse thing for your body is lack of sleep and exercise. Take small breaks and try to make a plan and see where you can change your routine to make more time to rest.

hmmm....go buy some bubble bath and candles...play some soothing music, and relax in a tub of bubbles with candle lighting.... sipping champagne is optional.
Lay there with your eyes closed and relax and let your anxiety and stress go.

You need to manage your time better. I don't know all of the details, but if you sit down one day and decide ahead of time how to manage your day, maybe it will be easier.
