I woke up this morning with a weird feeling in my head and I was seeing these crazy black blotches in front of my eyes. Now this has turned into a dizzy type headache and my neck hurts and is stiff also. My head feels full like its gonna blow up and my jaws hurt and behind my eyes hurt and behind my nose too. I know this is crazy huh? But my friend said its a type of migraine and my cousin and mom think its a sinus infection??!?!?

Believe it or not, a friend of mine was recently diagnosed with painless migraines. I recommend that you discuss this with your doctor.

There are lots of types of migraine. Some people have "migraine equivalent" and have spots in the eyes, loss of sensation, loss of speech, etc, and no headache.
