Lately I have been really sad, unmotivated, and just plain tired. I sleep most of the day I just cant find anything that will make me feel better. I mean I want to be happy but I just cant. I used to think about the future and me finishing college, gettin married and having kids and that would make me feel better but now nothing seem to make me feel happy. I jutst feel like life is boring. It's like I cant find happiness. I would give almost anything to feel like my self again.

We hear about it periodically, but how much should we focus on it today? Is it being sensationalized or down played? How does the average citizen know how to prepare for it? When will it occur and will it mutate into a human to human virus?

What do you find yourself doing to relax after the stresses of the day have worn you out? I find that reading a book really relaxes me. Or watching a good movie.

I have had the same prescription since high school. I would like to upgrade my glasses to newer frames. Everytime I go to LensCrafters to change my lenses/frames, they say I would need to get a check up every 2 years or I cannot purchase new frames/lenses. In LensCrafters computer system, they have a record of my prescription. Why do I still need to get a doctor's appointment to obtain the same prescription to purchase new lense/frames? Any ideas????

If alcohol at a moderate amount, keeps you at a certain level, functioning, able, clear thinking and happy, (not a mean alcoholic),
then why can't someone invent a drug that would not harm the liver, immune system, ect. that is similar? We can go to the moon, but there are more people down here that could benefit from such a solution.

It comes at random times, mostly in the morning... I am 16, almost 17 years old, and it has been happening since i was 8 years old. I have gone from doctor to doctor and no one can tell me what is wrong. I have gotten MRI and CAT scans done. I have just always dealt with it before, but it's getting worse and worse. It's very hard to explain exactly what I see when it happens. It's a mixture of blurriness and it looks like a big sqwiggly line in my field of vision. It starts off as a little dot, then gradually gets bigger. It comes on either side of my eye, if it's on the left, I can see a huge blurry C figure and if it's on the right, I see a backwards C. I am posting this in hopes that someone is experiencing what I do everyday, or an eye doctor that I haven't already seen can tell me what is going on.

I understand how it would happen the other way around -- a woman getting AIDS from a guy that is infected because his fluids go in her. But how would her AIDS get into the guy?

Too much money is spent foolishly by the US both here and abroad. I would like to see the focus shift to take better care of the people in this country with universal health care coverage.
