what is the normal breast size for a 16/17 year old girl? i'm at 34b and i look flat.

I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance.They also have photos pasted of their International patients.You can checkout their website.The cost savings are incredible.As a doctor i personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world.The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.If you still havent got your surgery done,you are better off getting it done in India.

my cousin got a couple of plastic surgery procedures including her breast reduction surgery in India through the forerunners healthcare.She just paid 30% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is very happy with the results

A b cup is nothing to be embarrassed of. Some grown women don't have that!! I have 34 year old friend who just had breast surgery to be a b cup! You are definitely not flat.
If you feel that you need a little more... umf, try a push-up bra. The new ones from Victoria Secret without the padding are a little pricey but well worth the money. I have mine own now! It is sooo comfy and gives you great cleavage. :)

34b is actually the average size for teenage girls about that age, so you have nothing to worry about. But if you're scared you look too flat then you can try wearing push-up bras, or those bras with gel inserts, or tight shirts that sort of push them together.

I'm 20 years old and have B-cups. I can wear 32 or 34 depending on brand and stretchy-ness (if that is a word)

There is no such thing as normal. Learn to love what you've got. Your confidence is what is sexy.
At your age, you're not even done developing anyway, dear! Give it a few more years!
