The best way to get answers about questions that are hard for you to ask your friends is to ask your Dr. on your next visit. I know that seems weird as well. If you want to find a simple way to get answers go online (use yahoo search engine of course) and enter the words Menstrual Cycle. You will be suprised at all of the information you will find! Hope this helps!

A good book on grammar or the regular attendance of english class will help out plenty.

I know that feeling, very well.

Do you go to church? Do you know your pastor's wife? She is an EXCELLENT source and help. And, believe me, she will not laugh at all. If you do not have a home church, do you have a good friend whose mother you like?

Also, get to know your school nurse or your gym teacher. These people will not laugh at you; in fact, they will probably be very honored and grateful that you asked them to help you.

You sound like a courageous young woman. Courage --- doing something even when that "something" is scary as the dickens.

You Rock....

But If your still nervous than just type it in a serach engin, you'll come up with a bunch of credible websites

Yeah, check the internet. As Hillary Duff(us) said, (in a whiny voice) "They have pages on the Internet..."

Talk to your school nurse or counselor. Maybe your doctor? Do you have a female family friend?
