Yes. I believe there are 2 reasons:
1. Sex (or any mildly vigourous activity) improves circulation, and releases endorphines which decreases stress and makes you feel good inside.
2. Ask any cardiologist and/or personal trainer and they say that sustained cardiological activity (along with proper diet) is the key to a healthy body. The healthier you are, the healthier you feel- hence less stress.
What better way to stay in shape then with good 'ol fashioned sex? :)

Yes.
Sex is a very healthy way to shed away the stress of the day.

Now, personally, I would advocate having sex with your married partner.
But humans being human, I would also suggested that sexual stress relief should be between consenting adults, and that they use proper birth control & disease-prevention methods.

I dont if it is for every day, but sometimes it does not release all the stress. It depends on what is causing the stress.

However, it does seem to relax you.

No b/c then it gets to be routine and part of normal everyday life. Its more exciting when unplanned and not something you just do, like brushing your teeth or taking a shower.
