When i go to sleep at night i grind my teeth very bad or lock my jaw together, It wakes me up at night but i cant afford to go to the dentist! Does anyone know of anything i can buy from the store that will prevent me from doing this, it wakes me up so much i hardly sleep.. HELP

I have 2 teeth that have broken because they are decaying and I have numerous cavities that need filled. I’m so scared to go to the dentist because the last one I went to was very rough with my mouth. My gums for the most part seem to be fine but I know I have an abscess in one of the teeth that is broken in the back. The other broken tooth is in the front and I really don’t want it pulled because then I will forever be too embarrassed to smile(I already cover my mouth when I laugh because it embarrasses me soo much). One of my biggest fears is losing my teeth and having to get dentures but yet I’m still so scared to go to the dentist because of the pain. I also have no insurance and can’t even afford the work anyway. What do I do??!!!

When I found the bullseye I called my doctor and was treated with antibiotics right away. I took the pills for 5 weeks and thought that was that. Now, 7 months later my left elbow joint and both of my knees are in pain 24/7. I'm 47 and walked 5-10 miles on a hike. Now, I'm lucky to stand or walk 3 miles without tears in my eyes. Please what can be done to reduce the pain.

I've noticed with my anxiety that I tend to tense up and get anxious when I'm around my sister. I love my sister, but she thinks she is the queen of the world...she puts me down constantly, and I am just as pretty as she is...she just likes to have control..I think I need to get away from her for awhile...any advice?

My mom, an alcoholic for over 15 years, was recently diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver. She became diabetic two years ago and has lost massive amounts of weight, brusies extremely easy, has hair loss, and has difficulty walking as she says she often has no feeling in her feet. She decided that she does not care and is continuing to drink as much as she ever did. How long does she have left to live? I'm getting married next August and am wondering if she'll still be alive by then.

I jus moved across the US away from all my friends and family. I'm having a hard time dealing with everything and I don't kno what to do. I moved with someone I love but I still feel depressed. I feel like I moved for no reason sometimes and don't kno what to do. I feel they don't really care if I'm here or may be even happier if I wasn't around anymore. This person means the world to me but I jus don't kno what to do. I hurt myself one night and regret it, but the thoughts come back everyday and I don't kno what to do. Family/Friends don't think I have anything wrong with me, and even doctor's say there's nothing. But they don't see it! What can I do?? I need some advice BAD!

My ex husband is 45 years old is a severe Alcoholic, he abandoned my daughter now 16 and myself 6 years ago after, Physical abuse towards me, Physcological to my daughter, lies cheating and all that goes with it, we were left on the street in South America, his Sister still tells me about him, hes been to many Rehabs, Detox Centers only to drink the minute he steps out, She helps him with money to a certain point many times.He lives off other people (strangers) in the street, shelters and still drinks, there is no end to this. He Cons people into giving him money all over the US, obviously never payed child support. I feeel Im getting obsessed with this, and have little time to spare as I must raise my daughter on my own in a Country where salaries are very low.I still to this day receive drunk calls in the middle of the night also. Is there anybody out there who could please tell me what I should do, I feel this obsession will kill me as well, I cant sleep due to this either.

Is it bad to go swimming on ur period without using a tampon? I've gone swimming at a hotel pool when I was on my period and didn't use a tampon. Water makes it stop temporaly. My mom doesn't like me to go swimming when I'm on my period. Some how she always know when i'm on it and I don't even tell her. I'm not aloud to use a tampon til i'm atleast 13. I just turned 12. I always tell her that water makes it stop but she doesn't believe me. Any way is it bad to go swimming while ur on ur period.

Will came back to work today so I got an update on Marcus and it isn't good. Anyway, we have alot of praying to do. Marcus broke his neck by diving in shallow water. He is paralyzed from the waist down. He also has pneumonia...which is not good. He is in a Bismarck ,North Dakota hospital and some of his friends are trying to have a fund raiser to get the money together to fly him back here, so he can be in the hospital here. I guess that they did a fusion on
a vertebrae when they operated. I don't know if it did any good. I don't know what his
chances are but right now it looks like he may be a paraplegic. He had no health
insurance because he had his own business.

I am going to believe that a miracle will happen and we will pray for it together. i wish
that there was something else I could do. If I had the money...I would pay for the flight
back here...but I don't.

When we think we have it bad, someone else always has it worse.
