Well, first of all if you are a Male:
1) Do you have pubic hair?
2) Do you have acne?
3) Are you starting to "grow faster"?
4) Is your voice changing?
You answer 2 or more question "yes": YOU ARE IN PUBERTY, thats a great time of your life. You can have and "orgasm" and "cuum" in this age, many times, beacuse we whant to have that experice, the "psicological" pressure to have it "cancels" the entire idea. REALX AND ENJOY... READ A LOT (not play boy magazine, real sites that can give you information), and ask a lot!
IF you are a female:
1) Are you starting to have pubic hair?
2) Your breast are starting to grow?
3) Have you seen changes in the form of your body?
4) Are you menstruating?
If you answer yes teh majority, the "womens" body is a little more complecated that "mens". The sexual drive (the feelings of warmth in your private parts and other things) is realy important. Get to know your body, don´t be afraid, explore and learn about it.
IF... You don´t have "growing" problems, or more question, don´t be afraid to asked them to your doctor, he will have the right answers.

bcuz ur sex organ is still immature. Usually guys *** @ the age of 14 or 15. so don't worry.
