Since everyone else seems to want to be nasty I will give you a ligit answer. Ive never smoked anything, but I do know that catnip has the opposite effect on people that it does on cats.

You'd be better served smoking Hops. It is in the cannabacea family, and has a rather uplifting and relaxing effect.

They say it has a mild high if you smoke it. I you ingest it it has relaxing qualities.
So it does not have the same effect as marijuana, but has a milder high.
