yes, feelings both bad and good are carried by the unconscious mind into the dream state. things you experience during the day are usually played over in your mind during dreams. stress is a negative thing experienced during the day, you won't dream about having stress, but you will dream of the things that represent stress in your mind

I have an anxiety disorder and when ever I am stressed or anxious about something I get horrible nightmares and because of that I lose sleep and then I get more anxious. It is a circle. Try to stay busy and do so physical activities. Come night time you will be tired and with some simple breathing techniques you will get a goods nights rest.

Dreams are always up to date and you can get a lot of information out of the symbolism. A nightmare tells you that something definately needs your attention.
If you have stress it is logical that it comes out in your dreams.

Yes. If you are stressed the mind is in a state of un-rest. It was happened to me. Try to relax before you go to bed. Definitely pray and take slow breaths and meditate. This might help you.

yes/2years ago I had my finals and i was under stress and i was having nightmares/Try to relax before you go to bed
