Alcohol makes you urinate more often in general, even without sex. It inhibits a hormone caused ADH, which normally limits the volume your kidney excretes into your bladder. This is the same reason alcohol makes you dehydrated.
I would guess the sex conncection, is that most sexual techniques put pressure on the bladder. This, along with the increased fluid in your bladder causes the nerves in your bladder to tell your brain to urinate more often.
You could also have an infection, but if you had an infection you should have the urge to urinate even when you are not having sex. If you are not having pain with urination or a discharge, I think it is unlikely you are having an infection.
As always, check with your doctor if you are not sure.

I do not know about the drunk part. However, when a man has sex, the sperm nutralizes the ph in the urinary canal within the penis. So it is immediately after orgasm that the man is most at risk to diseases. (This is the reason that anal intercourse puts a man at risk so much.)
Anyway, when a man urinates after sexual intercourse, it raises the ph level within the urinary canal of the penis to an acidic level. This not only kills any viruses or bacteria that came in during intercourse, but prevents further infection.

Sounds like you have got an over energetic bladder. There is treatment for it that relaxes the muscle groups of the bladder so that you wouldn't have that "gotta cross" feeling. Try touring a Urologist and explaining your signs, you'll be able to clear up the trouble.
