Try wearing a mouth guard at night. My aunt had the same problem and her dentist fitted her with a mouth guard to wear at night.

at sav-on or osco or rite aid or whatever drug store you have around, they have teeth gaurds. You can buy them then you boil them real quick in water and bite hard (to get an impression of your teeth) Just make sure you follow the directions very carefully. They are like $30.00 they work!

You can buy a mouthpiece in the dental care section of your local CVS or other drug store. I forget what they are called, but they are supposed to be great for people who grind their teeth.

If you go to the dentist he can make you a mouth guard, or I think they sell mouth guards at your local drug store.

They do sell a do-it-yourself- kit for sportsguards in stores
You can try that but depending on your grinding you may just want to go in to see the doc and have him make you a hard nightguard.

Buy a cheap mouth gaurd. Boil it then bite it, hold the biting. Then like magic you have a custom mouth gaurd.

I have the same problem. You need to get a mouth piece or have your doctor send you and get fitted for it. I havent gotten one yet but its suppose to help.
