I get that response a lot when I tell people that I don't each Fleash (I do not just say meat, because then they will offer me fish). Generally, I don't make a big deal about my vegetarian beliefs. However, I do answer the questios honestly when asked. But, there is always a "smart A**" that makes the above comment. I have ways of dealing with it, but I am curious to know how other Veg and Vegans respond. Maybe some of your methods are better than mine.

if this is true i find it hard to believe why a) this isn't more widely known b) why efforts aren't made to find similar ingredients / processes to produce cheese without causing such harm to calves

All I ever eat is fast food, anything that doesn't have meat. And I need to eat healthy because I'm trying to lose weight. If I start eatting only veggies, and fruit do you think I would loose weight since all I ever eat is cheese pizza? Any Tips and Suggestions on what I should eat or do, please help:)

Why do you always say were unhealty. I mean, I know what you say about us is untrue(no meat eater can convince me of that) bout don't you think your being kinda stupidd when you say that Vegans are unhealthy, when there is so many health issues we don't have to worry about. ( any answer is fine with me) as long as it has to do with the question.

Doctor advised me to take lots of protien in my food but i am a vegeterian.
