I like mushrooms, onions,.. What do you suggest is good?

For the umpteenth time I explained that I am a vegetarian and asked for a menu substitution. They served me a vegetarian eggrol but also served me fish chowder. Please, if you work in a resteraunt, try to remember that fish, shrimp (the cockroaches of the sea) and chicken are not vegetables.

Okay, so I got a fondue pot back at Christmas. We bought some of that fondue cheese in a box sometime in January just for a quick fix. Well, we bought 2. We used 1 a while back, no problems. And I just went to pull it out and I was reading it and all for some different ideas and saw that the expiration date was last November (11/2007) We ate expired fondue cheese back in January, no problems. Do you think that it would hurt us if we ate it again. I don't know ANYTHING about expired food because I've never ate it. Grocery store is 30 minutes away because we're in the boon docks. Any tips?? Do you think it's that bad?? TY!
