I am having a dinner party for eigh adults and two children.
I want to try out these beef things but I am not even sure what they are called. I was told they're easy to prepare (time before the party)
and easy to cook for a large number.
They're pieces of beef (not sure what kind) wtrapped around stuffing and quite small. I've had some that wrap bacon around them and some that are just with the beef.
What are they called and what is a good recipe?
I need a pretty step by step recipe and I don't know what things are in American Un-Metcric (I'm from New Zealand).
It's for a dinner party with my boyfriend's family to celebrate my birthday.

I'm doing a project and saw that some guys (in suits) only buying a sandwich for lunch in M&S. I would have thought they'd need more than that to fill them up.

I regularly freeze bottles of water so they melt through the day and can be drunk in a hot aussie summer.
I have noticed that when they start to melt the first meltings have a peculiar taste, salty or acidic.
What is it in the water that melts first and tasted this way?

Mine was, when cooking most meats, (not fish) to put the meat directly on to the oven rack, and then put a roasting tin underneath to catch the fat. This way, it bastes itself, and the fat left over can be soaked in stale bread and fed to the birds.

I am trying to eat more beans for the health benefits but i dont really like eating just a big mouthful of beans, bean based recipes (like chili) or having the bean as the main flavor. I was wondering if anyone knew of any recipes that incorporated beans into hanbuger meat or something so i could eat them, without them being the main star of the meal.
