when i drink alcohol,i get this terrible headache?

Question

how can i avoid it?Tomorrow i am going to Las Vegas.It would've been very nice ,if i didn't have to deal with my headache.Is there a sicret that i don't know?Tell me my friends.

Thank you for your answers.But for some of you i don't drink as much as you think i do.Once in a blue moon,when my kids are with my mother.

i personal dont have that problem but there are a few people i know that do and they take 2 or 3 tylenol before they drink so they dont get the headache another problem for some people is the fact that if its a cheap wine, beer or liquor cheap stuff gives a lot of people a headache but try to take something before you drink so that you dont have a headache i hope it helps!!!!! and good luck in vegas.

Are you referring to getting a headache while drinking or after a night of drinking? If it is while you are drinking it may be that you are mixing dark and light liquors together which generally doesn't go well. Also make sure you are well hydrated before AND after you drink. If you are dealing with a hangover you should drink a glass of milk contrary to what people say about it making you sick. Milk coats your stomach and slows the absorption of alcohol so you don't get such a sick headache feeling. Also take aspirin and not Tylenol as it is a blood thinner. If you drink alot regularly I would try and avoid medications all together as the alcohol is doing enough damage to your liver and you don't want medicine to make it worse. Have fun in Vegas ;)

Alcohol Thins the blood and makes it flow faster through you. I know that much and peanuts and chips sobre you up cause of the starch in em. But you are probably just telling yourself you are going to have a headache and your body will create one. I used to have headaches all the time . It could be you telling yourself or maybey you should get it checked out. I have not took an asprin in 5 years now and i am fine. I would say if you have to drink just have one or two, maybey something mild like a spritzer.

Drink lots of water before, during and after. And take a painkiller before bed. And never drink on an empty stomach.This was tested and proven to be the best remedy by the BBC Brainiac team.

well im sorry to hear that, it may very well ruin that trip for ya. but you should try just drinking beer or liquor so that you know one of them isnt working for you. or you could just smoke a lil bit of weed to cure that prb. but if they are migranes LSD is actualy proven to reduce the number and intensity of them. amazing hun? another useful thing the gov doesnt tell you about, and the best part is that the government was the ones to discover this back in the 50's when they were experiment with it. ha

Try alternating alcoholic drinks with water, sometimes dehydration can cause headaches. Also if possible avoid beer, beer tends to give me wicked headaches too so I dont drink it and stick to liquor and im good. Good luck:)

It sounds like a ice cream headache That means it's to cold don't drink it went straight to you head maybe it's not for you some people can't drink
