I don't even know if that's how you spell it, but it's how it sounds. It's this lovely bread/roll my grandmother makes. We always eat it with chocolate milk. It is not sweet but it is sort of a dessert roll. It is usually in a braid or coiled into a 'W' or 'S' shape. It has black seeds in it and is brushed with egg to make it shiny while baking. I want to say it's Arabic (we are Syrian) but I may have made that up.

my first bf cooked, my second bf didn't so I did, and now with my 3rd bf I still cook but even though it's gotten better, I don't think I"m that great. Who cooks? What makes him/her a good cook?

It's found in so many foods, and for something that's eaten so often, most people don't get sick of it.(except probably immediately afterwards)

I work a weird shift - 2pm-10pm. The guys I work with get fast food EVERY NIGHT for dinner- and I am just completely sick of fast food- I cannot do it anymore. I tried to get the "healthy" item from the drive-thru, but it just tastes . . . well, not as good as those burgers that the guys gobble down! I need ideas for easy, and quick dinners to take to work- not necessarily recipes, but just some ideas. I do not have access to a microwave or a stove/oven. All we get is a fridge to put stuff in.

Ham and cheese
yogurt
veggies
fruit

any other suggestions?
