My current favorite sammich is a Rueben.

Lightly toasted whole wheat bread with bacon , lettuce, tomato, and avocado. Plus a little light mayonnaise.
Pita bread sandwich with fresh plain hummus.
Thick, soft wheat bread with slices of cooked sweet potato inside, and slices of avocado, tomato, and a little light mayonnaise.
Nutella in a croissant.
Plain cream cheese and strawberry jam or crushed fresh raspberries on soft untoasted white bread.
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich, on soft untoasted white bread.
