Chicken, beef and vegetable broths are good as they are full of nutrition.
Potatoes and other mashed vegetables are good too.
Instant oatmeal with Soya Milk
You could always check out the baby food aisle - there are some really tasty items on the market now.

applesauce,jello,soft eggs,oatmeal,very soft veggies such as cream corn,well cooked broccoli,boiled potatoes,soup broths,boiled potatoes that are mashed up without milk.
