Well since I am a wife and mom of three and I work full time, I think I am going to take it easy tonight. We are having hot dogs and chips and brownies for dessert.

I have a whole sole and some leftover boiled potatoes.
I will melt some butter in a frypan and add the potatoes cut into rounds. I will cook them turning from time to time and when they are almost done will nuke the fish in the m/w for 2 minutes.
On the plate of fish I will dish out the potatoes and drizzle the lot with the butter from the pan.
May fry an egg as well.

If I am still hungry I have some cheese scones and an apple

Celebrating tonight at a wonderful restaurant called Wine and Roses in Lodi, California. This restaurant is extremely romantic and perfect for special celebrations. The food is wonderful, live music, and candles flickering. Not to mention...great service.

Did marathon grocery shopping today so a self rising Freschetta is as good as it got tonight. Those ribs sounded mighty tasty, though!

Leftover 15 bean soup with ham and brats, leftover biscuits with leftover gravy, and maybe a salad. Or it could be Hamburger Helper. Haven't decided yet.
