Okay, so I got a fondue pot back at Christmas. We bought some of that fondue cheese in a box sometime in January just for a quick fix. Well, we bought 2. We used 1 a while back, no problems. And I just went to pull it out and I was reading it and all for some different ideas and saw that the expiration date was last November (11/2007) We ate expired fondue cheese back in January, no problems. Do you think that it would hurt us if we ate it again. I don't know ANYTHING about expired food because I've never ate it. Grocery store is 30 minutes away because we're in the boon docks. Any tips?? Do you think it's that bad?? TY!

once you're going to apply the cheddar in fondue, you are able to purchase a block of respectable high quality cheddar. actual do not use kraft singles or deli counter cheese. they're going to both melt poorly. you'd be extra effectual off using velveeta than both of those 2. for sure, then you definitely don't have fondue. For an fairly sturdy fondue recipe, attempt the link.

Its 2007 now, are you having a blonde moment and its not expired? Otherwise, why not use regular cheese and make a simple cheese sauce you can still keep it warm in the fondue thing. I don't suppose using expired cheese would be all that bad for you though.

you know, there's probably so many preservatives in that stuff, it's probably ok to eat
