This too shall pass. That could have been King Solomon's
answer but he didn't have access to an electronic internet.
In fact, I think the best possible thing for you to do, whether napkins are paper or not, would be to seek online medical
advice. It is advice that is quick, free, and informative. It
could remove any concern that you might have at this time. Why wait? After all, we don't know what type of napkins you
are speaking or how many. You do.
www.JustAnswer.com/health
Doctors, nurses, and other medical experts help you
online, ASAP.
While you are on that site you could also ask other medical
questions that might concern yourself, friends or relatives.
So you see, asking your napkins question could be a
blessing for many persons, including some that have
read my answer.

What kind of sick question is this? If you eat a napkin, you deserve to be sick. If it's a paper napkin, you should be fine. A cloth or linen napkin you would probably have a hard time swallowing.
If you are into eating paper, you have a pshyciatric disorder and no one on a public board will be able to help you. Seek help immediately.

Depends on how much water you drank, also. Paper is basically fiber, so it should pass. Napkins are fairly absorbent, though, so I would definitely follow up by drinking copious amounts of water to help push the napkins along.

It depends..if you're talking lightweight paper napkins your digestive system will probably break it down so it does no harm. If you're talking linen...you're probably gonna need some help getting rid of that napkin!
You better be drinking a LOT of water.

You will fart confetti? Just kidding...I guess it would depend on how much you ate...I am assuming that since it is a fiber, that it will break down and you will pass it normally like anything else...must have been a child who ate it--why would an adult eat one? gack--giving ME cotteon mouth thinking about it...

Paper is fiber... it will pass.
Cloth is also fiber... but thicker... it might not pass.
