I doubt it. Maybe after a few years. What are they even made of and how are they made? I think the fact that they are just small, hard pieces of sugar would keep them from going bad.
I've eaten gum out of packs of baseball cards that were at least 5 years old. The gum was stale, but it hadn't "gone bad".

They don't actually go bad. They accumulate moisture, and don't have the proper texture and flavor. No harm in heating them, but they taste awful.

Im sure they can, but it takes a long time. Try looking at the packaging...if there is no date to eat it by, I wouldnt fret too much.
