Crazy4Rugs is right...they are either ripe or they are not. It is impossible for them to ripen after they have been harvested. The best you can do is go ahead and cut it before it begins to rot. Just make sure you are storing it AWAY from heat (it makes it go faster). Stick it in the fridge until you're ready to use it.

Bananas naturally rippen fruit, this is why they never have bananas near other fruit in supermarkets, place some bananas near it

put it in sunny place like kitchen window you will be amazed at how fast it will repine. pinapples love sunlight

You can't.
Pineapples do not ripen once they are harvested. You've either got yourself a ripe one or not.
