My mom and dad goes on Saturday or Sunday every week.

I love to go around 10 pm when the rest of the world is watching tv an nodding off, BUT the meat is picked over or taken in to the back room, the veggies look sad and sparse and the carts, like olive bar, salad bar, soup bar is sometimes closed - so its not an ideal time overall
Otherwise, I like to shop around 2 p.m. just as they are ready for the post-5 pm onslaught and theres no one in the store yet

I do my main grocery shopping once a month, that includes meat, pantry foods, and canned good, then every week after that, i get stuff like milk , bread and juice when needed, and dont forget the snacks, im a mother of four boys

Every day. And, having a VERY good relationship with the grocery, I can go to the back room, coolers, freezers etc. and the get freshest items available. Have taken some things from the pallets as trucks are unloaded. :-)

main shopping, done on friday. Then, cause i live alone i go about every other day. Have a light lunch out, get a movie, brouse a bit, pick up some fresh veg. and go home. its a nice outing.

I do it once per week - usually on Wednesdays b/c I don't like being out w/ all the crazy people on Saturday morning. Not ALL Saturday morning shoppers are crazy, mind you. Just the ones in my town. LOL.
