I have enjoyed Knudsen Cottage Cheese since I was a young girl, as has my family since becoming a mother. Why is it that the product is so watery 90% of the time? Is it the manufacturer that supplies this region, or is that to be expected now? It's really not very appetizing, and I so miss the way it used to be! Sometimes you need to literally drain it before eating, and even then it's not the same. Please shed some light! It's not just me, and you do get a normal one every once in a while, but not often enough. What happened?

I don't like soda, so I drink a lot of juice. Yet when I look at the bottle it says 100% juice, but right next to it, it says "made from concentrate".

My question is how is it possible that it is made out of concentrate yet 100% juice?
