Good grief "carabao" - is there another animal we are taking milk from.

Skimmed milk is milk that has the fat removed from it. The carabao part has me absolutely amazed.

Skimmed milk has had the fat content skimmed off the top. It is fat free.

Skim milk is releaved of it's fat content.
Whole milk has a 4% milk fat I believe.

It's less fatning and more liquidy that regular milk.
